Over 20 years of experience in finance with concentration in Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance and Treasury at leading organizations; Mansour Group, Carrefour, Majid Al Futtaim, United Electronics Company – eXtra and currently with AlRaya for Food Stuff based in Jeddah.
Ahmed started his career as a Financial Accountant in Egypt, moved to Carrefour and managed several roles as Finance Manager, Internal Audit Manager until he joined United Electronics Company – eXtra as a finance director, then the role of CFO after listing the company in the Saudi Stock Market. Currently Mr. Ahmed is the CFO at AlRaya for Food Stuff – a 1B USD food retailer based in Jeddah.
Ahmed’s teaching experience includes CMA, CIA, and CTP lectures at the American University of Cairo in addition to designing lectures and study syllabi. Ahmed has been an instructor at Morgan International since 2012 for the CMA certification courses.
